Blindfold your date and drive them to a hot air balloon park.  Have them climb in and un-blindfold them while you go up in the sky.  Have your favorite Veris Cellars wine, two glasses and a bag full of nibbles to go with your wines!  Enjoy the beautiful view and all the sites while sipping, eating and sharing a memorable ride above it all.  Finish the date off with the sunset view and a glass of bubbly and chocolate covered strawberries!

New Wine Coming for the Holidays!

Nova Vita November Rain Late Harvest Zinfandel

November Rain is a brand new product in our Nova Vita range.  It is a careful selection of Late Harvest Zinfandel from 2008 and 2009 harvests, cropped from the classic vineyards off 46 West in Paso Robles.  This decadent drop was picked towards the end of harvest in November when the grapes have been left on the vines so long, their flavors become enhanced and concentrated due to the sun and sugar production.  The grapes are processed as a small batch then blended with brandy spirit and fortified in French Oak barrels.  This process is similar to the method used in Portugal to make fortified wines.

Some of our visitors and Wine Club Members have been lucky enough to try this wine right from the barrel, where you can already notice it's vibrant color, rich flavors and mellow mouth feel.  This

wine is produced in a small 375 ml bottle and is approximately 18% alcohol, just right for the end of the night after dessert or accompanied with a fine selection of cheese.  You can keep this open a little longer than regular wines which means you can have a sneaky sip each night if you like!
